How to use and maintain the filling machine?
1.As the filling machine is totally automatic, so bottle easy-taking, bottles pads and the cap size should keep the same.
2.Before operate the machine, you should test the machine with the handle, to check if there is any mistake.
3.For the machine adjustment, you should find the suitable tools.Don’t use large tool or excessive force to dismantle the machine parts, in order to avoid the damage of machine parts and its performance.
4.After adjustment, you should make sure all the screws are tighten, also test the machine with the handle to make sure that it has met the operation requirements.
5.The machine should keep clean, free of grease, liquid, or glass debris, so what should we do？
1)Timely cleaning out the liquid and glass debris during the machine operation;
2)Coated with the cleaning oil when you clean the machine surface and the activity parts ,before shift change;
3)Cleaning the machine every week, particularly the parts which is non-easy to clean or blowing it with compressed air.
