Machine Introduction:
Electromagnetic induction technology is used to detect whether metal impurities are contained in non-metallic materials, which can be connected to the production line or used alone. Including conveyor belt devices for conveying materials, sensors (probes) for detection, and detection and control systems.When the material passes the detection sensor along the
conveyor belt, the sensor continuously detects the material. If metal impurities are found, the conveyor belt is automatically controlled to stop and an alarm sound is issued. The rejector will automatically reject unqualified products out of the production line once metal detector finds metal impurities inside of the products and the conveyor belt will not stop.
